Breakfast - 10.30 - Cornflakes
Lunch - 12.30 - Cheese toastie
Snack - 14.15 - Cheese toastie
Tea - 17.30 - Pasta salad
Ingredients - Pasta, mixed salad leaves, pesto, onion, pepper, cheese, kidney beans.
Snack - 22.30 - Chip butty
Today I've been out all day so I prepared all my food this morning. I felt like a bit of a whally with all this tupperwear piled up on my desk but at least I'm not going hungry.

Breakfast - left over chips butty
Lunch - 11.30 - Spicy corriander rice
Snack - 14.00 - Cheese, lettuce and onion sandwich
Snack - 19.00 - Cheese, lettuce and onion sandwice
Tea - 23.00 - 2 fried eggs on toast with baked beans.
Today I was out all day preparing an exhibition and attending the private view. I prepared and took all my food with me but it wasn't really enoulgh. I was really tempted to get something to eat that wasn't sustainable but I resisted and had food when I got in. All in all, a good 2 days!
