Tea - 18.45 - Homemade chapatis with ricey filling
Ingredients - Rice, tomatoes, chilli, garlic, corriander (fresh and ground) onion.
Chapatis, how to - Mix brown wholemeal flour with water (just make it up), mix into a dough, knead untill soft and smoothish, roll out into thin pancakes and dry fry on a very hot pan untill brown or expanded.
